What Makes Us Unique?
Here at MPI Impeders, we worked hard to improve the design of the impeder that Tube & Pipe industries have been using for many years. What we came up with, is a design which allows for more ferrite while maximizing water flow, cooling, and efficiency.
Most of our Return Flow Impeders now use large, single piece ferrite cores as opposed to single glued sticks. This assures the maximum amount of ferrite mass in each impeder, increasing weld efficiency.
All of our Impeder caps are customized and made for us by local shops, allowing for fast lead times on new designs and products, as well as complete customization.
All impeders are tested for flow (Up to 120 PSI) and permiability prior to shipping, ensuring a quality Impeder is received every time. We also have a dedicated area to test flow characteristics for unique or new concept Impeders.
